Inviting your employees to Wave means they will be able to edit their own address information, direct deposit bank information, and view and print their pay stubs.
Keeping your employees in the loop on their payroll information has never been easier!
- Click on Payroll, then Employees at the left side of your screen.
- Click on the pen icon next to an employee's name. This will take you to their employee profile.
- NOTE: To send an invitation to Wave you must first enter your employee's email address in his or her profile page and click Save employee.
- Click on the Invite to Wave button.
- After you invite your employee, an email invitation will be sent to them from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Your employee just needs to open this email, click the link inside and, and complete a few details to create their new, personal Wave account.
Once your employee accepts their invitation, they will be able to view all of their payroll information!
Payroll information is found in the Personal section of their profile.
