Integrate Wave with other apps using Zapier

Starting May 26, 2025, all businesses in Wave will require a Pro Plan subscription to connect to existing and new API integrations. Wave’s Zapier and Wave Connect integrations will not be affected. Businesses with existing bank connections will not be affected. Learn more about Wave’s plans or how to subscribe.

Integrations do not include automatic bank transaction imports, users or tax filing with Block Advisors.

Zapier is an integration service that connects Wave with other tools you use to manage your business. It allows you to create automated connections, known as Zaps, without any coding. With Zaps, you can streamline processes like adding new customers to an email list or receiving alerts for new invoices.

Zapier builds and maintains the connections. For help with your integrations, contact Zapier support.

To set up Zapier connections with your Wave account:

  1. Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
  2. Click on your business name at the top right corner, then click Integrations.
  3. Under Connect using Zapier, you'll find a list of popular Zaps organized by category.
  4. Click Use this workflow next to the Zap you want to use.
  5. You will be redirected to the Zapier website, where you can log in or create a new account to set up your connection.
