Payroll by Wave will be unavailable between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. this Thursday while our engineering team completes the next stage of our platform upgrades.
Beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern this Thursday, our engineers will be carrying out planned maintenance to upgrade our services. Only our Payroll app will be unavailable while this work takes place. All other Wave apps and services are expected to be operational during this window.
This upgrade window is scheduled to take place over the course of four hours, until 1 p.m. Eastern.
Please ensure that you complete any urgent Payroll-related activities in Wave outside of this window. Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve our services.
