Wave Payments will be undergoing maintenance between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. this Tuesday while our engineering team completes the next stage of our platform upgrades.
Beginning at 9 p.m. Eastern this Tuesday, our engineers will be carrying out planned maintenance to upgrade our services. Only our Payments app will be affected by this maintenance. Payments processing will operate as normal but you may be unable to initialize new Payments accounts, or to process refunds during this time.
This upgrade window is scheduled to take place over the course of four hours, until 1 a.m. Eastern.
