Subscription fees
There are two subscription plans available for Wave’s receipts scan feature, monthly or annual.
In the US:
- $8 per month, billed monthly
- $72 per year, billed annually
In Canada:
- $11 per month, billed monthly
- $96 per year, billed annually
Currently, you can only have a receipts scan subscription for one business per Wave account. Admin and editor users on your business have access to the receipts scan feature.
Activate your subscription
- Log in to the Wave mobile app.
- Tap Receipts on the bottom menu.
- Select your preferred subscription plan (monthly or annual).
- Complete your purchase.
Renew your subscription
The subscription fee for Wave’s receipts scan is billed monthly or annually, depending on your subscription. The subscription automatically renews each month or year, based on your subscription, until you cancel it.
Cancel your subscription
Your receipts scan subscription has to be canceled from the app listing page. Instructions to cancel an app subscription are on Apple's support webpage and Google Play’s Help webpage. You can also access the app listing page through the mobile app’s settings page. To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to the Wave mobile app.
- Tap Dashboard on the bottom menu.
- Tap More at the top right.
- Tap Wave Receipts under the Business tab.
- On the Google Play store, or in your phone’s settings, tap Wave Receipts to open the app listing page.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
