If you want to update your card details for your payroll subscription, or you received an email about a subscription payment error and need to update it:
- Open the top right menu by clicking your business name, then click Business settings.
- Under Payroll, select Billing.
- Click Update credit card.
- Update your card details.
- Click Save card.
This is separate to your funding account which you use to pay employees. To update your funding account, follow the instructions in Update your payroll funding account.
