- Log in to your Wave account from waveapps.com.
- Click Sales on the left navigation menu, then select Invoices.
- Locate the invoice or search using the filters above your list of invoices.
- Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the invoice;
- To edit, select Edit from the menu, make the required changes, then click Save and Continue.
- To delete, select Delete from the menu, then in the pop-up window, click Delete again to confirm.
Deleted invoices cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain them for your records, make sure to export the invoices before deleting them.
If you choose to update your business information, or your customer’s details (like their email address), from an invoice, the changes will apply to all past invoices. The changes also get saved under your business profile (if you update your business information), and under the customer profile (if you update the customer’s details).
