Wave connects to thousands of different bank and credit card accounts. If you're having trouble getting your bank or credit card to connect properly, try our top-2 troubleshooting tips!
Make sure you have the correct username and password and that you’re connecting to the correct version of the bank or credit card company you’re with. For example, TD Bank (US) and TD Bank (Business Direct) (US) are two different banks and connect to different accounts.
Go to Banking > Bank Connections, search for the correct bank, and enter your credentials just as you would for online banking.
If you have connected your bank account, but do not see your accounts on your dashboard, go to Banking > Bank Connections from the left navigation menu, and ensure that all your bank accounts are turned “ON” or enabled.
