Wave has received reports that recent technology upgrades undertaken by Capital One may interrupt Wave's bank account integration for Capital One customers.
The upgrades appear to disrupt all third-party app connections with Capital One; this may affect our data provider's ability to facilitate your bank connection with Wave.
Wave recognizes that customer security is a priority; we also believe that you, the customer, have the right to access your financial data where and when you choose. Currently, however, there are few standards for how bank data is made available, and extracting data on your behalf is a very complex and specialized process.
