This article shows you how to use the Wave mobile app. For help with the original Wave Money app, tap the help icon at the top right after logging in to your app.
Set Wave Money as your payout account for Wave Payments to receive funds directly into your business bank account and get free Instant Payouts. (Standard Wave Payments processing fees still apply.)
- Log in to the Wave mobile app.
- Tap Banking on the bottom menu.
- Scroll past Banking and Cards to the Bank section. Tap Banking + Payments (visible if Instant Payouts are not available) or Set up free Instant Payouts (visible if Instant Payouts are available).
If you are eligible for Instant Payouts, follow the steps above to set Wave Money as your default payout account and Instant Payout account. Once you’ve done so, the last four digits of your Wave Money Visa® Business Debit Card visible in Settings > Payouts in your Wave account will be different from your physical and virtual card numbers visible in the Banking dashboard of the Wave mobile app. This is because Wave provides you with a unique card number that is only used to receive Instant Payouts. This allows you to receive Instant Payouts to your Wave Money account, even if your physical or virtual debit card is lost, damaged, or compromised.
