View your income by customer report
- On the left-side menu, click Reports.
- In the Customer section, click Income by Customer.
- Select or input the date range.
- Click Update Report.

Understand your income by customer report
The income by customer report helps you track income from individual customers, including both paid and unpaid amounts, within a specific time period.
Your report has 3 columns:
- Customers: Customers with an invoice or sales transaction attached to them. Customers with only estimates aren't included.
- All income: The total amount of all attached invoices and any attached income transactions for that customer in your selected date range.
- Paid income: The total amount a customer has paid through invoices and attached income transactions for the selected date range.
At the bottom of the report are the sums of all income and paid income for all customers.
If an invoice was sent outside the selected date range, but paid within it, the amount is only included in the customer's Paid income column.
To view detailed transactions for a customer, click an amount in their columns. Clicking an All income amount opens the account transactions report on an accrual basis. Clicking a Paid income amount opens the account transactions report on a cash basis.
