The new Wave mobile app combines the features of Wave Invoicing and Wave Money in one place to make it even easier for you to effortlessly manage your finances. Learn how to install the beta Wave mobile app.
This article shows you how to use the Wave mobile app. For help with the original Wave Money app, tap the help icon at the top right after logging in to your app.
On the 7th of each month, the previous month’s bank statement becomes available. You will receive an email notification confirming that your monthly statement is ready.
View or download your statements
- Log in to the Wave mobile app, then tap Banking on the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to the Bank section, then tap Monthly bank statement.
- Select a year and then the month to view that month’s bank statement.
- To download the statement you are viewing, select the share icon at the top right of the screen. Choose from a list of share options, including email, to share or download the PDF version of your monthly statement.
Wave Money monthly statements are available in your account from November 2021 onwards. If you require statements before November 2021, tap More on the bottom menu of the Wave mobile app, then tap Support. Or click the help icon at the bottom right in your Wave account to reach out to the Support Team.
If there are any missing transactions on your monthly statement due to processing delays, you will see a notification in your Wave mobile app. You will also receive an email when the updated statement is available to view and download.
