Search for a customer’s profile in the Wave mobile app
Search for a customer’s profile in your web browser
- Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
- On the left navigation menu, click Sales & Payments > Customers.
- Type the customer’s name into the search bar at the top of the page.
You can search by the first or last name of the customer.
Once the customer name appears, click it to view the customer profile.
You can also search by customer name to locate invoices, or generate customer statements for a specific customer.

- Log in to the Wave mobile app.
- Tap Sales on the bottom menu, then tap Customers in the submenu.
- Type the customer’s name into the search bar at the top of the page.
You can search by the first or last name of the customer.
Tap on the customer’s name to view their information.
