Change your personal identification number (PIN)
You can reset your PIN by going to the Security section in your Wave Money app, clicking the image of your card, and selecting Change Pin under ‘Security’.
Report your card as lost, stolen or damaged
Open your Wave money app, and on the dashboard, click on the image of your card. Then scroll down to the Security section, and report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged.
If you mark your card as lost or stolen, we will cancel that card and mail you a new card with a different card number.
If you mark your card as damaged, we will mail you a replacement card with the same card number. While you wait for the replacement card to arrive, you will still be able to use your card number to make online purchases.
When you receive your new or replacement card, activate it by calling the number on the back of your Wave Visa Business Debit Card.
Freeze your card
You can also freeze your Wave Visa Business Debit Card in-app at any time if you need to.
Open your Wave Money app, and on the dashboard, click on the image of your card. Then scroll down to the Security section, and tap the Freeze card toggle to switch it to On. Tap it again to switch it to Off.
When you freeze your card, you’ll still be able to access Instant Payouts and the Wave Money app, but your Wave Visa Business Debit Card will be disabled from making payments in person or online.
