If your employer uses Wave’s payroll feature, they can send you an invitation to view your payroll information from your own Wave account. Learn how employers can invite their employees to Wave.
After you accept your employer’s invitation, you can access your payroll information from your Personal profile.
The Personal profile is only available in the web browser version of Wave.

If your employer pays you with direct deposit, you can enter and update your direct deposit information from your Personal profile. To view or update your personal or direct deposit information:
- At the top right corner, click Personal, then Business settings.
- In the Settings menu on the left, click Personal Profile or Direct Deposit.
- Update your information and click Save.
View or download your pay stubs
United States
At this time, your pay stubs are not available in your employee Wave profile. Your employer must download your pay stub from their Wave account and provide it to you.
Canada
To view or download your pay stubs:
- On the left side menu, click Payroll > Pay Stubs.
- Click on a pay stub to view your detailed Statement of Earnings.
- To download a PDF copy, at the top right of the statement, click the download icon.
- At the top right of the Statement of Earnings, click the arrows to move between pay stubs.
Download your tax forms
To view or download your payroll tax forms:
- On the left side menu, click Payroll > Tax Forms.
- To download a PDF copy of a form, under Actions, click the download icon.
View your salary and vacation history
On the left side menu, click Payroll Salary & Vacation to view your current or previous salary and vacation policies.
Only your employer can edit your salary and vacation policy.
