When you schedule your first coaching or bookkeeping call, you are assigned a Wave advisor. You will receive a confirmation email of your scheduled call from your advisor. To contact them, reply directly to that email.
Cancel your Wave Advisors service
If you use bookkeeping services, use the Wave Advisors subscription portal to change your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.
If you have trouble cancelling your services, your Wave advisor can help. To reach them, reply to an email from them.
