Download payroll tax forms

Once you have generated your tax forms in Wave, you can download them for your records.

Download current tax year forms

To download your payroll tax forms for the current tax year:

1. On the left-side menu, click Payroll > Tax Forms.
2. Next to the form you want to download, under Actions, click Download.

To download your payroll tax forms, you need an active full-access or limited-access payroll subscription. Your payroll subscription must also be fully active in December of the tax year and January of the new year, with at least one completed payroll in the tax year.

Download previous tax year forms

To download your payroll tax forms from a previous tax year:

1. On the left-side menu, click Payroll > Tax Forms.
2. At the top left, click the year dropdown menu and select the year you need your forms.
3. Next to the form you want to download, under Actions, click Download.

To access previous tax forms, you must have an active full-access or limited-access payroll subscription. 

Wave cannot create or provide tax forms for years in which you did not have a payroll subscription.  Only tax forms generated by Wave are available to download in your Wave account.
