Edit a checkout

To edit a checkout:

  1. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Checkouts.
  2. On the far right of the checkout, click the dropdown arrow, then Edit.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click Save and share.

Editing the income account of a checkout only applies to future payments. You cannot update the income account of a completed checkout transaction.

If a checkout has the recurring payment setting turned ON, it’s not possible to change it to a single-payment checkout. Once a customer has made a payment, changes made to the checkout won’t affect that customer’s invoices. Any changes to a specific customer’s upcoming payments must be made on the recurring invoice.
