To edit a checkout:
- On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Checkouts.
- On the far right of the checkout, click the dropdown arrow, then Edit.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save and share.
Editing the income account of a checkout only applies to future payments. You cannot update the income account of a completed checkout transaction.
If a checkout has the recurring payment setting turned ON, it’s not possible to change it to a single-payment checkout. Once a customer has made a payment, changes made to the checkout won’t affect that customer’s invoices. Any changes to a specific customer’s upcoming payments must be made on the recurring invoice.
