Edit a checkout

  1. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Checkouts.
  2. Next to the checkout you want to edit, click the dropdown arrow under Actions.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make your changes.

    Once a customer purchases a checkout with the recurring payment setting turned ON, you can’t change it to a single-payment checkout.

  5. Click Save and share.

If you’re editing a checkout with recurring payments turned ON, once a customer has made a payment, changes made to the checkout won’t affect that customer’s invoices. Any changes to a specific customer’s upcoming payments must be made on the recurring invoice.
