Print a cheque

You can pay some employees by cheque and some by direct deposit in the same pay period. Learn how to pay your employees using direct deposit.

  1. Approve your payroll.
  2. If you write your own cheques, your payroll is complete. To print a cheque in Wave, click Print cheques.
  3. Under the Create a cheque? column, select the checkbox for each employee who needs a cheque.
  4. Select the style for how the check will print.
  5. Click the print icon.

Reprint a cheque

To reprint a cheque:

  1. Open the Approved Payrolls page.
  2. Select the pay period.
  3. Click Print Cheques.
  4. Select the checkbox for each employee who needs a cheque.
  5. Select the style for how the check will print.
  6. Click the print icon.
