View your purchases by vendor report
- On the left-side menu, click Reports.
- In the Vendors section, click Purchases by Vendor.
- Select the date range.
- Click Update Report.

Understand the purchases by vendor report
The purchases by vendor report shows your purchases and bills with each of your vendors or contractors. This report helps you track spending.
Your report has 3 columns:
- Vendors: Vendors with a bill or expense transaction attached to their profile.
- All purchases: The total amount of all paid and unpaid bills and transactions for that vendor.
- Paid purchases: The total amount paid to that vendor.
At the bottom of the report are the sum totals of all purchases and paid purchases to all vendors.
To view detailed transactions for a vendor, click an amount in their columns. Clicking an All purchases amount opens the account transactions report on an accrual basis. Clicking a Paid purchases amount opens the account transactions report on a cash basis.
