Where to submit your documents

There are two ways to access the page to submit your chargeback documents: from the dispute notification email from Wave and from within your Wave account.

To access the documents page from your notification email, open the email and click Submit supporting documents.

To access the documents page from within your Wave account:

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Payments.
  3. Open the disputed payment.
  4. Click Appeal chargeback.

Submit your documents

  1. Review the document types allowed.
  2. In the Attachments section, drag your document files or click to upload.
  3. Once you have uploaded all the documents, click Submit to Wave.

You will receive an email from Wave to acknowledge that your submission was successful. If you have additional documents to upload, reply to that email with your documents attached and explain what each document is for.
