Edit a product or service for an invoice in the web browser

1. Log in to your Wave account from waveapps.com.
2. On the left-side menu, click Sales > Products & Services.
3. Click the pencil icon to the right of the item you want to edit.
   For the product or service to be added to an invoice, ensure the checkbox to the right of Sell this is selected.
   Click the + icon to the right of the dropdown to add a new income account for the product or service you are editing.

4. When you’ve finished editing the information, click Save.

This product or service is now edited and ready to be added to an invoice.

When you edit a product or service to update its income account, the change will not apply to past invoices. Learn how to change the income account for the product or service on past invoices in Update the income account of a product or service on past invoices.

Any changes made to a product or service connected to a recurring invoice will cause an error. To avoid this, end the recurring invoice and create a new one with the new product.

Edit a product or service for a bill in the web browser

1. Log in to your Wave account from waveapps.com.
2. On the left-side menu, click Purchases > Products and services.
3. Click the pencil icon to the right of the item you want to edit.
   For the product or service to be added to a bill, ensure the checkbox to the right of Buy this is selected.
   Click the + icon to the right of the dropdown to add a new income account for the product or service you are editing.

4. When you've finished editing the information, click Save.

This product or service is now edited and ready to be added to a bill.

Edit a product or service for an invoice on the Wave mobile app

1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
2. Tap Sales on the bottom menu, then tap Products in the submenu.
3. Tap the product or service you would like to edit.
4. Once you’ve finished making changes, tap Save.

This product or service is now edited and ready to be added to an invoice.
