Download a copy of your customer’s pre-authorized debit (PAD) agreement

Once your customer authorizes recurring bank payments, an email with the agreement is automatically sent to you and your customer. If you want a copy of the agreement later, you can re-send the email to yourself from your Wave account.

To re-send the pre-authorization agreement email to yourself:

  1. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Recurring invoices.
  2. Click on the arrow to the right of the recurring invoice.
  3. Select Re-send PAD agreement from the drop-down menu.

The email with the pre-authorization agreement is sent to your primary email address.
