Activate a Pro or Receipts Plan subscription

If you already have a Receipts Plan subscription, to upgrade to Pro, follow the steps in Change your Pro or Receipts subscription plan.

The subscription fee for Wave’s Pro and Receipts Plans is billed monthly or annually. Your subscription automatically renews based on your subscription period, until you cancel it. Learn more about our plans and their fees.

To activate a subscription, you must be logged in as the Wave account owner.

  1. On the left-side menu, click Receipts.
  2. Click Get started.
  3. Select the Monthly or Annual tab to choose a subscription period.
  4. Click the Upgrade button for your preferred subscription plan: Pro or Receipts.
  5. If you have multiple businesses, select the business you want the subscription to apply to from the drop-down menu, then click Continue.
  6. If you have received a coupon code for a subscription, enter it into the Coupon Code field, then click Apply.
  7. Complete your purchase using a credit card.

If you have received a coupon code for a subscription, log in from a web browser to apply the code.

  1. At the top right, tap More.
  2. Tap your current subscription plan.
  3. Select the monthly or annual tab to choose a subscription period.
  4. Tap the Upgrade button for your preferred subscription plan: Pro Plan or Receipts.
  5. If you have multiple businesses, tap Switch business to change the business that will be subscribed to the chosen plan, or tap Continue.
  6. Complete your purchase using a credit card.
