Cancel a Pro or Receipts Plan subscription

After canceling your subscription, you will have access to Pro or Receipts Plan features until the end of your initial subscription period.

If you have a subscription that doesn't automatically renew, you don't need to take any action to cancel it.

Cancel a subscription in your web browser

  1. If you're using a mobile browser, tap Settings on the bottom menu. Otherwise, click your business name in the top right corner.
  2. Select Business settings.
  3. From the Settings menu, scroll down to Other and select Manage Subscriptions.
  4. Under your current plan, select Manage subscription.
  5. In the pop-up box, select the plan you want to cancel.
  6. Select Cancel Subscription.

Refunds are subject to Wave’s Paid Subscription Terms of Service. If you subscribed to a plan on the web version of Wave, you will need our Support Team's help to request a refund. To contact them, open Mave, Wave’s support chatbot, and type Subscription plan refund. Learn how to open Mave.

Cancel a subscription in the mobile app

This only applies if you subscribed to Wave’s Pro or Receipts Plan through the Wave mobile app.

Your Pro or Receipts Plan subscription can only be canceled through your iOS settings or the Google Play Store. Find instructions to cancel an app subscription on Apple's support webpage and Google Play’s Help webpage.

You can access the app listing page through the mobile app. To cancel your subscription:

  1. Tap Dashboard on the bottom menu.
  2. Tap More at the top right.
  3. Tap your subscription plan under the Business tab.
  4. On the Google Play store, or in your iOS settings, tap on your subscription plan.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Follow any remaining instructions.

If you subscribed to a plan on the mobile app, you can request a refund through the App Store or Google Play Store, as refunds are subject to their policies. Learn how to request a refund on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Remove a cancellation request

If you change your mind about canceling before your subscription has ended, remove the cancellation request.

Removing a cancellation request is only possible if you subscribed to the Pro or Receipts plan in your web browser.

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com
  2. If you're using a mobile browser, tap Settings on the bottom menu. Otherwise, click your business name in the top right corner.
  3. Select Business settings.
  4. From the Settings menu, scroll down to Other and select Manage subscriptions.
  5. Under your current plan, select Manage subscription.
  6. In the pop-up box, select the plan you submitted a cancellation request for.
  7. Select Remove scheduled cancellation.

If you have deleted your Wave account and have questions about your previous subscription, visit waveapps.com and click Sign in. Click Contact customer support and submit a request.
