If you need help using Wave, the Help Center and our automated support chatbot Mave are available 24/7 to all Wave customers.

You are also eligible for help from our support team when one or more of the following applies:

  • You have set up online payments and your application was approved
  • You subscribe to payroll (including limited access)
  • You subscribe to Wave’s Pro Plan
  • You subscribe to receipts scan
  • Or, you have coaching or bookkeeping with a Wave Advisor

Access to the support team is only available on the business profile where one or more of the above applies.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4:45 PM Eastern, and can be reached by email and live chat. The support team does not have an inbound phone line.

You can chat to support or submit an email request through Mave. You can access Mave through your Wave account in your web browser or the Wave mobile app.

Open Mave in the web version of Wave

Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com. There is a chat icon in the bottom right corner of every page. Click this icon to connect with Mave.

Open the Wave mobile app, tap Dashboard on the bottom menu, then tap More at the top right. To connect with Mave, tap the ? icon at the top right of your screen.
