With Wave’s Pro Plan and Receipts Plan there are two plans to choose from - annual and monthly. View pricing information.

Activate a subscription in your web browser

If you have a monthly receipts subscription that you subscribed to on mobile, cancel it before you subscribe to the Pro Plan. You can only have one subscription at a time.

  1. Log in to your account as the account owner at waveapps.com
  2. On the left-side menu, select Receipts.

    If you already have a Receipts Plan subscription, follow the steps in Change your Pro or Receipts subscription plan.

  3. Select your preferred subscription plan: Pro Plan or Receipts.

    If your business profile was created before January 29, 2024, you won't see the option to upgrade to Pro Plan. Learn more on Wave’s blog.

  4. Select a subscription period: monthly or annual.
  5. Click the Upgrade button.
  6. If you have multiple businesses, select the business you want the subscription to apply to from the drop-down menu, then click Continue.
  7. Complete your purchase.

  2. Tap Accounting on the bottom menu, then tap Receipts in the submenu.

    If you already have a Receipts Plan subscription, follow the steps in Change your Pro or Receipts subscription plan.

  3. Select your preferred subscription plan: Pro Plan or Receipts.

  4. Select a subscription period: monthly or annual.
  5. Tap the Upgrade button.
  6. If you have multiple businesses, select the business you want the subscription to apply to from the drop-down menu, then click Continue.
  7. Complete your purchase.

Renew your subscription

The subscription fee for Wave’s Pro and Receipts Plans is billed monthly or annually, depending on your subscription. The subscription automatically renews each month or year, based on your subscription, until you cancel it.
