To generate reports with Wave Connect, first install and link Wave Connect with Google Sheets.
With Wave Connect, you can use your Wave reports to generate single and multi-period financial reports.
What reports can I generate?
With Wave Connect you can generate:
- Balance sheets
- Cash flow reports
- Income statements (Profit and Loss report)
- Trial balances
Generate a report using Wave Connect
To generate a report with Wave Connect:
- Open your Google Sheets spreadsheet, and click Extensions > Wave Connect > Reports.
- Select the type of report you want to generate.
- On the sidebar to the right, click the Business dropdown and select which business you want to download your data from.
- Select the time period for the report. To generate a multi-period report, choose the Multiple time periods option.
- Enter the period dates. If you need to add additional periods, click Add Dates.
- Choose your column settings, if applicable.
- Click Run Report.
