Reports are only available on the web version of Wave.
The Reports page links out to the reports available in Wave. Reports help you gain deeper insights into your business and find information for tax filing.
To view your Reports page, on the left-side menu, click Reports.
Your reports are organized by topic:
- Financial statements: Information on how your business is doing financially. Learn more about these three reports: Profit and Loss (Income Statement), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Taxes: A record of the taxes you owe from sales taxes collected. Learn more about the Sales tax report.
- Payroll: If you use Wave’s payroll feature, you will find a record of payroll costs and tax liabilities. If your business is in the US, learn more about your Payroll Reports. If your business is in Canada, learn more about the Payroll Wage & Tax Report and the Payroll Benefits & Deductions Report.
- Customers: A record of overdue invoices and income by customer. Learn more about these three reports: Income by Customer, Aged Receivables, and Customer Credits.
- Vendors: A record of expenses paid and owed to vendors. Learn more about the Purchases by Vendor report and Aged Payables report.
- Detailed reporting: A more detailed look at transactions and account balances. Learn more about these three reports: Account Balances, Trial Balance, and Account Transactions (General Ledger).
- Hire a Wave Advisor: For help with your bookkeeping, click View your options to open the Wave Advisors page and review your options.
