I deleted my Wave account and I need it back – what do I do?

Accidentally deleting your Wave account is rare, but it can happen. Deleting your Wave account is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you haven't completed all the steps required to delete your Wave account, your data is likely still intact. If you have completed the deletion process, your account cannot be restored. To remain compliant with legal requirements to protect your information, Wave cannot keep data once your account is deleted.

There is one exception if you used Wave's online payments feature. Wave is required to retain that payment history for a certain period of time. Contact our support team for help accessing your payment history.
