Delete a scanned receipt in the Wave mobile app

Delete a scanned receipt in your web browser

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Receipts.
  3. Under Recent Scans, click on the receipt you want to delete. This opens the receipt transaction on your Transactions page.

    If the receipt is not under Recent Scans, click View all. This opens your Transactions page with the receipts filter applied. Click on the transaction to open it.

  4. Click Remove receipt.

Delete a scanned receipt in the Wave mobile app

  1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
  2. Tap Accounting on the bottom menu, then tap Receipts in the submenu.
  3. Tap on the receipt you want to delete.
  4. Tap the three dots at the top right.
  5. Tap Delete transaction, then tap again to confirm.

Deleting a scanned receipt in the mobile app also deletes the transaction that was automatically created in your accounting. To delete only the receipt, remove the receipt from your transaction in the web browser version of Wave.
