The Receipt filter on the Transactions page lets you filter for transactions with or without attached receipts.

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Accounting > Transactions.
  3. Click the Filter button at the top right.
  4. In the pop-up box, click the Receipt dropdown menu.
    1. To view transactions created from scanned receipts, select From scan.
    2. To view all transactions that have a receipt attached, select Any receipt attached.
    3. To view transactions without an attachment, select No receipts attached.
You will see a receipt icon beside every transaction that has a receipt attached. Click on the receipt icon to view the attached file. A purple dot on the icon indicates the receipt was scanned, and a yellow dot indicates a scanned receipt has missing transaction details.

The filter on the Transactions page in the Wave mobile app lets you filter for transactions with a scanned receipt attached or transactions with scanned receipts that are missing details.

  1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
  2. On the bottom menu, tap Accounting > Transactions.
  3. Tap Filter.
  4. To view all transactions that have scanned receipts attached, tap All receipts scanned. To only view transactions with missing details, tap Receipts scanned with missing info.

To use additional filters, log in to your account at waveapps.com.
