Find transactions that have a receipt attached

The Receipt filter on the Transactions page allows you to filter for transactions that have a receipt attached or transactions that don’t have an attachment. Attached receipts are those scanned using the mobile app or in your web browser, forwarded via email, or uploaded by attaching a file to a transaction in a browser.

  1. On the left-side menu, click Accounting > Transactions.
  2. Click on the Filter button at the top right of the page.
  3. In the pop-up box that opens, click on the Receipt dropdown menu.
    1. Select From scan to view transactions created by scanning receipts.
    2. Select Any receipt attached to view all transactions that have a receipt attached.
    3. Select No receipts attached to view transactions without an attachment.
On the Transactions page, you will see a receipt icon beside every transaction that has a receipt attached. Click on the receipt icon to view the attached file. A purple dot on the icon indicates the receipt was scanned, and a yellow dot indicates a scanned receipt has missing transaction details.
