Change from an annual to a monthly subscription
If you subscribed through the Wave mobile app on iOS, switch from an annual to a monthly subscription through the App Store. Your new monthly subscription will start after the current annual subscription ends.
If you subscribed on the web version of Wave or from the Wave mobile app on Android, you need to cancel your annual subscription, then subscribe to a monthly plan after your current annual subscription ends.
Change from a monthly to an annual subscription
To change from a monthly to an annual subscription:
- Log in at waveapps.com.
- If you're using a mobile browser, tap Settings on the bottom menu. Otherwise, click your business name in the top right corner.
- Select Business settings.
- From the Settings menu, select Manage Subscriptions.
- Select Switch to annual.
- Review your payment information. If you have a coupon code, enter the code and select Apply.
- Select Pay & subscribe.
