Change subscription periods

You can change from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription at any time.

To change from a monthly to an annual subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. Click your business name in the top-right corner, then click Business settings.
  3. From the Settings menu, select Manage Subscriptions.
  4. If you subscribed on your mobile device, follow the instructions on the Manage Subscriptions page to change your plan in Wave's mobile app. If you subscribed from waveapps.com you won't see instructions, and can continue to Step 5 below.
  5. Click the Manage subscription button.
  6. Click the name of your current plan.

  7. Click Edit Subscription.
  8. Click Change.
  9. Select the button next to annual to choose a new frequency.
  10. Click Update.

If you subscribed from the mobile app on iOS, you can switch from an annual to a monthly subscription through the App Store. Your new subscription frequency will start after the current annual subscription ends.

If you subscribed on the web version of Wave or from the mobile app on Android, you need to cancel your annual subscription and subscribe to a monthly plan after your current subscription period ends.

Switch from Receipts Plan to Pro Plan

You can switch from the Receipts Plan to the Pro Plan at any time.

If you upgrade your plan from Receipts to Pro, you get access to Pro Plan features immediately. Your billing date will be based on the day you make the change. Any remaining balance paid for the Receipts Plan will be credited toward your new Pro Plan. This happens automatically.

You need to switch to the Pro Plan from the same platform (web browser or mobile app) where you subscribed to the Receipts Plan.

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. Click your business name in the top-right corner.
  3. Click on the Upgrade your plan banner below your business name.
  4. Click Upgrade to Pro, then click Proceed to checkout.
  5. Confirm that you are subscribing from the correct business, then click Continue.
  6. Enter your details and payment information.
  7. Click Pay and subscribe.

Switch from Receipts Plan to Pro Plan in the Wave mobile app

  1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
  2. Tap Dashboard on the bottom menu.
  3. Tap More at the top right.
  4. Tap Upgrade under Subscriptions.
  5. Tap Upgrade to Pro.
  6. Follow the steps to subscribe through the App Store or Google Play Store.

Switch from Pro Plan to Receipts Plan

If you subscribed from the mobile app on iOS, you can switch from Pro Plan to Receipts Plan anytime through the App Store. Your new plan will start after your current Pro subscription period ends.

If you subscribed from the web version of Wave or the mobile app on Android, you need to cancel your Pro Plan subscription and subscribe to the Receipts Plan after your current Pro subscription period ends.
