Account balance overview

The account balance overview is on your Transactions page and provides a list of your bank accounts and their current balances.

To access your account balance overview:

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Accounting > Transactions.
  3. At the top left corner, click the All Accounts dropdown.
  4. Click on an account to view its transactions.

To add a new account, select Add a new account. Fill in the information in the pop-up window and click Save.

For businesses with active transaction imports, the status of the bank connection is displayed beside the account.

  • On: Bank account is connected and imports are active.
  • Off: Bank account is connected and imports are inactive.
  • Disconnected: There is an error with the connection.

To review and manage your bank connections, click Add or manage bank connections.
