Overview of the Transactions page in your web browser
The Transactions page is where all your transactions are stored. You can create, filter, sort, and edit your transactions here. On the left-side menu, click Accounting > Transactions to view the Transactions page.
Key Features
1: Account dropdown menu: Select an account to view its balance and transactions. When you select an account you can also view the running balance of all transactions in that account.
2: Select All: Check box to bulk select transactions.
3: Delete, Edit, Merge, and Review: These options appear when you select the check box to the left of a transaction.
4: Add transaction: Click to open a dropdown menu where you can Add deposit, Add withdrawal, Scan receipt, and Add journal entry.
5: More: Click to open a dropdown menu where you can Connect your bank and Upload transactions.
6: Advisor bar: Click here to review bookkeeping tasks, checklists, Wave Advisor tips, and Help Center articles.
7: Auto-updates feed: Track automatic categorizations, merges, or automatically created transactions from scanned receipts. Learn more in Automated bookkeeping with auto-updates.
8: Filter, Sort, and Search: Click an action to help find specific transactions.
9: Transaction menu: A transactions dropdown menu to Edit more details, Upload receipt, and Delete the transaction.
10: Review: Click the checkmark to mark your transactions as reviewed once verified.
The Transactions page allows for inline editing. Click the Description, Account, Category, or Amount fields to make changes directly without navigating away.

The Transactions page is where you can manage all your transactions. Here, you can create, filter, sort, and edit transactions. To access the Transactions page, tap Accounting on the bottom menu, then select Transactions.

3: Receipt scanning: Tap the Scan button to scan receipts directly from the Transactions page.
