View your payroll subscription billing history in Wave

To view your subscription billing history or the details of a specific month's subscription bill:

1. Log in at waveapps.com.
2. At the top right corner, click your business name, then Business settings.
3. In the Settings menu, under Payroll, click Billing.
4. To view a detailed breakdown, click View beside each billing period.
5. To download a PDF copy, click the arrow beside a bill and select Download.

View your payroll transaction history on your bank statements

There are two descriptors to show which Wave bank transactions are associated with subscription fees and which are withdrawals or deposits for employees.

The payroll subscription fee descriptor appears on your bank statement as "WAVE PAYROLL FEES."

For payroll withdrawals and employee payroll deposits, the descriptor on your bank statement is "WAVE PAYROLL" in some format. The exact wording depends on your and your employees’ banks.

Wave cannot make changes to payroll billing descriptors.
