If you have cancelled your payroll subscription, you must reactivate it to access your payroll data or run payroll.

To reactivate your payroll subscription, you'll need our Support Team to help. Open Mave, Wave’s automated chatbot, and type reactivate payroll subscription.

Reactivate your full-access payroll subscription for a business in Canada

If you have cancelled your payroll subscription, you must reactivate it to have full access to your payroll data or run payroll. To reactivate your payroll subscription:

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right, click your business name, then Business settings.
  3. In the Settings menu, under Payroll, click Billing.
  4. Click Reactivate your account.
  5. On the next screen, review your subscription details, then click Reactivate your account again.

You'll receive an email confirmation, and your payroll subscription will begin immediately. Upon reactivation, you will be charged the base fee for the month in which you reactivate, including that month’s active employee fee.

Resume your full-access payroll subscription

When you switch your payroll subscription from limited-access to full-access, you will have complete access to all payroll features immediately.

To resume your full-access payroll subscription:

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right, click your business name, then Business settings.
  3. Under the Payroll heading, select Billing.
  4. Click Resume Subscription.

Full-access payroll subscription pricing will resume automatically.
