Add or edit your payroll company signatory

A company signatory is a person who can sign legally binding documents on behalf of the company. The signatory’s name must be attached to the company’s business bank account. You only need your company signatory's details when you are setting up payroll in Wave.

Add your company signatory

To add your company signatory:

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Payroll, then Payroll Dashboard or Run Payroll.
  3. To the right of Company Signatory, click Add signatory, then Okay, let's go!
  4. Fill in the signatory’s details.
  5. Click Save and continue.

Edit your company signatory

To edit your company signatory:

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. Click your business name in the top right corner, then click Business settings.
  3. Under the Payroll section, click Company Signatory.
  4. Edit the necessary fields.
  5. Click Save.
