If you've checked out the Guides and How to... sections and still need help, we offer free ticket-based supportyou can reach out to us for live support via the 'Need Help' page in Wave, or create a Support Ticket.

You can submit a Support Ticket from inside Wave by clicking the 'Need Help' Link on the top menu, or from right here in the Help Center:

Between the guides, How to... reference articles and troubleshooting tips in this Help Center and our free Ticket-based Support service, we do our best to provide free resources to help you successfully adopt and use all of Wave.

We do understand, however, that some Wave users are looking for faster or more personal guidance, and that some simply don't like working with Support Tickets and email. If that sounds like you, then Wave Premium Services may be the answer.

Wave Premium Service is a subscription service, paid monthly for as long as you require, and with no commitment or long-term contract. There are two service tiers availalable:



Enhanced Ticket Support

90% of Support Tickets raised before 5:00 PM Eastern Time receive a response the same day.

Live Chat

Live Chat service available right inside the Wave application from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

Phone Support

Live Phone support direct from our Toronto head office, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

Monthly Fee

No long-term commitment. Pay monthly for as long as you need it.
