Wave Payments processing fees

With both credit card and bank payment options built directly into your invoices, you can get paid faster. Wave Payments also integrates seamlessly into your accounting which makes doing your bookkeeping easy.

United States

Wave Payments is easy to use and understand, with processing rates calculated on an invoice-by-invoice basis at a transparent, flat rate based on the payment type. After the deduction of processing fees, payments you receive will automatically be transferred to your bank account based on the following timelines.

  Visa, Mastercard, Discover American Express Bank payments (ACH)
Fee 2.9% + 60 cents 3.4% + 60 cents 1%
Timeline 2 business days 2 business days 2-7 business days

 

When you accept credit card payments, your customers can pay by credit card using Apple Pay, or by manually entering their details.

Credit card processing fees and deposit timeline are based on the card type, as outlined in the table above, and do not change depending on how your customers choose to enter their details.

You can turn off specific payment options by following the steps in How do I turn off bank payments?
