You cannot recover a customer profile once it’s deleted. Customer profiles cannot be archived.
To export customer data before you delete it, use our Google Sheets integration, Wave Connect, or download your accounting data file.
Customers attached to an invoice or estimate cannot be deleted.

Delete a customer from a web browser
- On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Customers.
- To the far right of the customer's name, click the dropdown arrow, then click Delete.
- In the pop-up, to confirm, click Delete again.
Delete a customer from the mobile app
- On the bottom menu, tap Sales > Customers.
- Tap the customer’s name.
- Tap Delete customer.
- In the pop-up, to confirm, tap Delete.
