You cannot recover a customer profile once it’s deleted. Customer profiles cannot be archived.

To export customer data before deleting, use our Google Sheets integration, Wave Connect, or export your data.

Delete a customer from a desktop

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Customers.
  3. Locate the customer you want to delete.
  4. Click the dropdown arrow to the far right of the customer name, then click Delete.
  5. In the pop-up window, click Delete again to confirm.

  1. Log in on the mobile app.
  2. On the bottom menu, tap Sales > Customers.
  3. Tap on the customer’s name.
  4. Tap Delete customer, then in the pop-up, tap Delete.
