You cannot delete a customer on Wave's mobile app. To delete, log in to Wave from a web browser.

Delete a customer

  1. Log in to your account through
  2. On the left navigation menu, click Sales & Payments > Customers.
  3. Find the name of the customer you want to delete.
  4. Select the dropdown arrow at the end of the row, then click Delete.
  5. You’ll be asked to confirm you want to delete the customer. Click Delete again to confirm.
Deleted customer profiles can’t be recovered.
