Edit a customer in the Wave mobile app

Edit a customer in your web browser

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Customers.
  3. Find the name of the customer whose information you would like to edit, then click on their name to view their profile.
  4. Click Edit customer at the top right.

    If you change a customer’s email and they receive recurring invoices, you also need to update their email on the recurring invoice.

  5. Make the required changes, then click Save.

 

Edit a customer in the Wave mobile app

  1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
  2. Tap Sales on the bottom menu, then tap Customers in the submenu.
  3. Tap on the name of the customer, then make the required changes.

    If you change a customer’s email and they receive recurring invoices, you also need to update their email on the recurring invoice.

  4. Tap Save.
