The Etsy integration is available on the Integrations page in business profiles based in the US with an active Pro Plan subscription.
Connect your Etsy account to import transactions directly from an Etsy store into Wave.
You can only connect to one Etsy store per business profile. To connect another store, set up the integration in a separate business profile. Each business profile will need a Pro Plan subscription.
To set up the integration and import past transactions:
- Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
- At the top right, click your business name, then select Integrations from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Etsy integration and click Connect.
- Follow the prompts to authorize Wave to connect to your Etsy account.
- Select the Etsy shop to connect to.

Choose a date up to 1 year ago to import previous transactions from.
If you have been manually adding your Etsy transactions, Wave cannot automatically detect these to merge or delete them. To prevent duplicate transactions, select a date after the last Etsy transaction you created.
- Select Connect or Start Sync. Wave will begin importing your selected transactions and categorizing them into accounts it automatically creates.
