[US] Manage your Etsy integration

Manage your Etsy integration on the Integrations page. You can check the status of the connection, the date and time your transactions last imported successfully, and disconnect from your Etsy store.

My connection shows an error

Disconnect from my Etsy store

To disconnect from your Etsy store:

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right, click your business name, then select Integrations from the drop-down menu.
  3. Next to the Etsy integration, click Disconnect.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm you want to disconnect and stop transaction imports.

Do not archive the Etsy Money in Transit account in your Chart of Accounts. This will break the integration and you will not be able to connect to Etsy again.

My connection shows an error

If you're seeing an error with your Etsy connection, follow the troubleshooting steps on the Integrations page. You may need to:

  • Refresh the connection by clicking the Connect button
  • Re-authorize the connection by logging in to your Etsy account

You cannot manually start a transaction import sync from Etsy.
