[US] Manage your eBay integration

You can manage your eBay integration on your Integrations page. You can check the status of the connection, the date and time your transactions last imported successfully, and disconnect from your eBay store.

To disconnect from your eBay store:

  1. Log in at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right, click your business name, then select Integrations from the drop-down menu.
  3. Next to the eBay integration, click Disconnect.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm you want to disconnect and stop transaction imports.

Do not archive the eBay Clearing account in your Chart of Accounts. This will break the integration and you will not be able to connect to eBay again.

My connection shows an error

If you're seeing an error with your eBay connection, follow the troubleshooting steps on the Integrations page. You may need to:

  • Refresh the connection by clicking the Connect button
  • Re-authorize the connection by logging in to your eBay account

You cannot manually start a transaction import sync from eBay.
