You can manage your Amazon integration on your Integrations page. You can check the status of the connection, the date and time your transactions last imported successfully, and disconnect from your Amazon store.

To disconnect from your Amazon store:
- Log in at waveapps.com.
- At the top right, click your business name, then select Integrations from the drop-down menu.
- Next to the Amazon integration, click Disconnect.
- Follow the prompts to confirm you want to disconnect and stop transaction imports.
Do not archive the Amazon Clearing account in your Chart of Accounts. This will break the integration, and you will not be able to connect to Amazon again.
My connection shows an error
If you're seeing an error with your Amazon connection, follow the troubleshooting steps on the Integrations page. You may need to:
- Refresh the connection by clicking the Connect button
- Re-authorize the connection by logging in to your Amazon account
You cannot manually start a transaction import sync from Amazon.
