What does the Capsule integration do?

Integrating Capsule with Wave automatically adds all your Wave customers and their invoice information to your Capsule account. The integration also syncs updates made between Capsule and Wave.

Set up your Capsule integration

To set up the Capsule integration:

  1. Log in to Wave at waveapps.com.
  2. Open the Perks page.
  3. Scroll down to the Capsule section and click Get started.
  4. You'll be taken to Capsule's website, where you can create an account with Capsule, or log in to your existing account.
  5. Once you're logged in to Capsule, you can link your Wave and Capsule accounts by following the steps in their help center.

What can I do in Wave with the Capsule integration?

You can create a new customer or update their profile in Wave, and the information will be added to your Capsule account. Information automatically syncs to Capsule approximately every two hours.

As Capsule syncs new customer profiles from Wave, to fully delete a contact, delete them in Wave first, then in Capsule. Learn how to delete a customer in Wave.
