If you've forgotten your password and can't log in to your Wave account, reset your password. If you're able to log in, you can follow the password change instructions.

Reset your Wave password
To reset your Wave password:
- Open the Wave password reset page.
- Enter the primary email associated with your Wave account and click Send Reset Instructions.
- You will receive an email from Wave. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
What to do if you haven't received the Wave password reset email
If you did not receive the Wave password reset email at your primary email address:
- Check the spam or junk folder in your email inbox

Ensure you signed up with an email and a password
If you log in through Google or Apple, go back to the Wave login page and click the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple option instead.

Ensure you're entering the primary email address
If you have multiple emails associated with your Wave account, try a different one.
- Your email address may not be verified. Check your inbox for an email titled Confirm your Wave Identity email address. Click the link in the email to verify your email address. Then, reset your password again.
- If you don’t have access to the email address you used to create your Wave account, reach out to your email provider for help regaining access.
