Change the owner email address of your Wave account

To change the owner or primary email address of your Wave account, you must first add a new email to replace the current one.

An email address can only be associated with one Wave account.

  1. Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right corner, click your business name, then Profile settings.
  3. In the Settings menu, click Emails. If you log in using Google and do not have a password set up, click on Password & Security first, then create a password to enable the Emails tab.
  4. Click Add new email.
  5. Enter the new email address, then click Add email address.

Wave will send a verification email to the new address. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email.

To set the new email address as the primary email:

  1. Return to the Emails page.
  2. Click the star icon next to the new email address.
  3. Click the trash can icon next to the old email address, then click Delete email.
